Microsoft Internet Explorer Users (AOL, MSN, Compuserve, etc.):
If you are using Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT with any version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer, make sure you install the "Client for Microsoft Networks" in the Network portion of the Control Panel or you will be denied access to our protected web site!

- Here's How: Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Network, Add, Client, Microsoft, Client for Microsoft Networks. 

Windows 2000, Adding the Client for Microsoft Networks:

1. Right click on "My Network Places" icon on desktop (or get it in control panel)

2. Choose "properties"

3. Here you will see a list of connections. If there is an existing connection, skip to step 7 below.

4. Choose "make new connection"

5. Follow the wizard prompts to make the appropriate connection type (i.e., dial-up or LAN).

6. Now you should see the new connection you created in the My Network Places window.

7. Right-click on the new connection and choose "properties".

8. go to "network" tab and verify that the "Client for Microsoft Networks" is installed.

9. If Client for MS networks is not listed, click on "install" button, then choose "client", then "microsoft", then "client for microsoft networks".

Attention America On-line Users:
It has been found that AOL version 3.0 for Windows 95 has an anomaly that may prevent you from accessing our protected web site. This problem does not occur with AOL version 4.0 for Windows 95/98 when you are also running Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0. Please follow the steps below in ensure you have no problems accessing our web site with AOL version 4.0.

Step 1: Make sure the version of Internet Explorer you are running it version 4.0 or later. If you are running a previous version, you can download the latest version from Microsoft at (you can check the version you are running by choosing "Help", then "About Internet Explorer" from the menu bar).

Step 2: Set your Internet preferences as indicated below:

Start AOL and click on the "My AOL" icon.

Choose "Preferences".

Click on the "WWW" icon.

Go to the "Advanced" tab.

Click on the "Settings" button.

Click on the "Empty Folder" button and empty the contents of your cache. Also check the option named "Every time you start Internet Explorer" on the top of that tab where is states "Check for newer version of stored pages?".

Step 3: You must also install "Client for Microsoft Networks" as described above.
