Integrated Data Manager (IDM)

Honeywell’s Integrated Data Manager (IDM) is a next-generation transaction monitoring solution that enables complete integration of transaction data with the corresponding video from multiple sites via LAN/WAN or DSL. IDM is a true enterprise solution built around Microsoft’s latest .NET technology, allowing transaction monitoring for large-scale applications with hundreds of point-of-sale (POS) devices across multiple locations or small-scale, single applications.

Real time reporting enables IDM to generate fixed reports, power searches and daily summaries to pinpoint suspect activity in seconds. Fixed reports allow transaction data to be quickly filtered by specific search criteria. Reports can be created and exported in HTML format for viewing from any website, allowing corporate-wide, password-protected internet access to transaction data from anywhere in the world. Six power search fields: description, action code, clerk, register, modifier, and price - allow the user to customize reports to quickly define a search and find all matching incidents in the current data set.

The software is backward compatible with all Honeywell Video's transaction verification hardware and offers flexibility for single and multiple location integration. IDM supports one or more compatible Honeywell digital and enterprise class DVRs.
