Alarm Inputs

Extending the system’s capability by integrating with external devices like security, fire alarm, and other systems allows the access system to react according to local building policies.

Similar to a nervous system, Alarm Inputs are the system’s connection to external systems and devices. When the system senses a change in state of an alarm input, it can react based upon system programming. Armed state, schedule, and external device status can cause the system to react.
