The Puck™ Infrared (SWIR-SWIRW) Illuminator is an IR solution that
uses 25 LEDs to cast an infrared beam up to 40 feet (12.2 m). It allows your
CCTV cameras to capture detailed images in complete darkness. The Puck is
compatible with most day/night cameras that are sensitive to infrared light at
875 nm.
Consisting of near infrared light-emitting diodes (LEDs), a power
regulator, an infrared optimized covered lens, and a die-cast alloy base, the
Puck has a 360° sweep when ceiling mounted and a ±30° sweep when wall mounted.
The Puck is impact resistant and withstands a blow from an eight pound
sledgehammer. For extra durability, the polycarbonate lens is hard coated
for extra scratch resistance.
It comes in a choice of wide or combined wide/narrow LED versions
and, if the angle isn’t quite right, the IR beam can be adjusted by ±30° simply
by rotating the lens on the base.
