Usage Requirements


All you need to join our interactive online training classes is; a computer with an Internet connection (Broadband or High Speed Preferred), and a telephone line for the Voice Teleconference.

Please follow the easy steps below to ensure that your computer is compatible with this service:

Please note that computer setup questions will not be accepted during an Online Class. You should prepare your computer now -- before you attend any of our classes.

Step 1:
  Please check whether your computer and network will work with our online product training classes, by using the following tool:
Browser Check.
 
Step 2:
  Verify with the list below that you meet the minimum computer requirements for participating in our online classes:
 
 Browser
   Browser versions - IE 5.0 or later and Netscape 4.7x, 4.8x.
Macintosh is not currently supported
 
 Computer - Minimum Requirements
   Windows 98, NT 4.0, 2000 and XP.
 
 Internet Connection Speed
   33.6k or faster dial-up connection – High Speed or Broadband connection (Preferred)
 
 Display
   800x600 pixel resolution or greater (1024x768 pixels recommended)
 
 Telephone Line
   If you have a High Speed or Broadband Internet Service Provider, you need only one phone line for the voice call.
If you are using a dial-up Internet Service Provider, then you will need a second phone line, one for voice call and one for your Internet Connection.
