Step 1: Get the CSFM Certification number from the
correlation sheet
with corresponding Honeywell part numbers.
How to find a CSFM Certification number:

GO TO CORRELATION SHEET
and get CSFM Certification number
EXAMPLE:
A VISTA-128FB
Certification Number is 7165-1645:123, where,

7165 is the Category Number |
| |
|
1645 is the Assigned Company Code |
| |
|
123 is the Listing Index Number [sequential]. |
| |
NOTE 1: The 1645 portion of the number is VERY Important. |
Step 2: Once you've obtained the
CSFM Certification number, go to the
CSFM website
and search for the desired certificate.

When you reach the
CSFM website, view
RIGHT side of page [All SFM Listings] for Listing Number ranges.

If the company code is 1645, select 1600.
This will include all listings from 1600 and up. |
Step 3: Select desired
certificate
Instructions on how to use CSFM's search:
Step 1: Go to
http://www.osfm.fire.ca.gov/licensinglistings/licensinglistings_bml_1600.php
Step 2: Type "Honeywell" into Company Box,
Step 3: Type model number [include dashes, spaces ... (for
example VISTA-250FBP)],
Step 4: Click on link to bring up pdf version of listing.
