The AUDZ500 provides a conversion from line level audio (RCA) inputs to Cat5
format and also sends IR commands to audio equipment for command and control
functions.
Features The AUDZ500 is used when the customers’ audio
source does not have an A-BUS (Cat5) output. Right and left audio outputs are
connected from the audio source to the AUDZ500, and then a Cat5 homerun is made
to the MDADZ600 or HBADZ600 in the main distribution panel. The AUDZ500 also has
three IR Emmiter outputs to control main audio equipment from any room that has
a volume control w/IR (AUDZ300 and AUDZ420, etc.).
